  These people don't answer the phone, it takes days for them to return a phone call, and they don't show up when they say they will. I was forced to use them as third party installers through Century Tile. It took them nearly two weeks to contact me to set up an installation date AFTER the carpet had already been delivered. Even the employee at Century Tile told us that they have been trying to ditch American Flooring because they're so unreliable but cannot because their corporate office won't let them.
