  Against my better judgement I decided to let my husband talk me into having our new dishwasher purchased from Sears installed. I returned Quality Installations call only to be connected to a snappy, young woman, who cannot seem to get her temper under control long enough to schedule a service appointment. We asked for a saturday morning appointment, as my husband and I both work, and were told we would not get an answer as to what time until the friday evening before, and I asked why, was told that they schedule from their office out. For crimeny sake, we live in McHenry and their office is in Johnsburg. This is the one week we actually have business plans Saturday evening and was told that the installer would probably come late that afternoon. I stated I need to know approximately what time, as to our engagement that evening and was told WASPISHLY, THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CALL UNTIL THE NIGHT BEFORE!!!!! I asked the receptionist to please lower her tone and not to snap at me and was told if I did not like it, too bad. What happened to professional courtesy ? I will now call Sears, cancel the install, save approximately $140.00, minus the bad customer service attitude! I am not an unreasonable person, but I refuse to take flack from a RECEPTIONIST, WHEN ALL I ASKED A QUESTION OF LETTING US KNOW INSTALL TIME IN A MORE TIMELY MANNER, SO WE MAY PLAN AROUND IT. IF SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE CALL, PUT IT ON HOLD AND GET SOMEONE WHO DOES..... JUST A THOUGHT TO SAVE FUTURE BLOGS LIKE THIS. PS I EXPECT A PROFESSIONAL APOLOGY, WELL MAYBE IN MY NEXT LIFE.......
